what is a good free website builder for people who already know css, html?
i have been looking for a free simple website builder that doesn’t have all the pointless extras on it. All i want is A Website Builder that only uses html, css and lets you upload images online that is free.

If you claim to know html and css, then all you need is any text editor, such as Notepad on Windows or TextEdit on a Mac, plus any free ftp software.
